Starting Off The New Year With A Breakfast Boost!





Why not jumpstart into this whole blogging thing! Thought I would share a post of my all time favorite "go-to breakfast bite(s)". Packed with antioxidants, potassium, nutrients and protein to get that extra kick in the morning. Best of all it tastes gooood :) Breakfast made perfect courtesy of, Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grains (made with quiona, aramath, hemp and flax), unsweetend almond milk, handful of chia seeds, half of a sliced banana, organic raw gogi berries, and topped off with some bee pollen.
